How Do I Manage Agents?

  • If you make the decision – YOU LOSE!
  • Ethical or legal – decision is made for you.
  • Policy Manual – independent Contractor Agreement decision is made for you
  • Make them work it out themselves – decision is made for you.

05:15 – Sometimes they just want to vent and be heard. Let them get it out!

Flipping a coin, rock-paper-scissors is a great way to choose who gets to go first. Do it together to save time.

Remember, as a broker, real estate office management takes center stage, and the more adept you are at mitigating conflicts, the happier and more productive your agents will be. Happier, more productive agents means more success and profitability for you.
