Why you need to live and die by your agency policy manual.
You have a staff handbook of procedures, but you also need an agent policy manual. And when you update it, they all need to sign again to acknowledge the update. Making exceptions will bite you in the butt at some point and they will all share the exception you made “just for them” with the other agents. This goes for family, too!
