How do you avoid running out of weekly meeting topics?
There are many ways to keep things interesting at your weekly meetings. Have food ready early, try upbeat music to get everyone in the right mood, and start the meeting on an up note: jokes, sharing success stories, etc. A big thing: make sure you’re prepared. Have food ready, an agenda posted the night before and printed, and have guest speakers. Get more of Mike’s meeting tips – he’s great at this!
